By booking an appointment or using services at Liora Beauty Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or attending your appointment.
1. Appointments & Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system, or by phone.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment at the appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary, but will always notify you in advance where possible.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may result in a loss of deposit and full payment will be taken from the card on the system.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to refusal of future bookings.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.
4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, health conditions, medications, or recent treatments that may affect your service.
For safety, we reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments based on the information you provide.
5. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or over for all aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, skin boosters).
Clients aged 16+ may receive beauty treatments with written parental consent.
We may request ID if age is unclear or relevant to the treatment.
6. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your treatment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Treatment Results & Aftercare
Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.
We provide full aftercare advice for all treatments. It's your responsibility to follow these for the best results and safety.
Refunds are not provided for treatments that have been carried out.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
9. Patch Testing
Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., lash extensions, tinting, injectables).
Failure to attend a patch test may result in cancellation of your appointment.
10. Personal Belongings
While we take every care to provide a safe environment, Liora Beauty Salon is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website and apply to all bookings made thereafter.
